This luxurious and very spacious 3-storey house is located in the heart of Sliema, in a very small and charming alley. This high-end property is located steps away from many sought-after restaurants, bars and cafés. It is situated minutes away from the seafront promenade.
Before entering this beautiful property, you walk into a cute patio area.
As soon as you walk into the house, you are immediately welcome by an impressive marble staircase and a checked floor. The ground floor is used as a cosy reading area and one can find a library.
As one goes up the stairs to the first floor, one will find the first bathroom which included a toilet and a shower. One large double bedroom is also located on the first floor. The bedroom, with a cinema theme, has a beautiful black & white floor, a double bed and a lovely sitting area.
The first floor also comprises of a very spacious open plan, including a fully equipped kitchen, breakfast bench and cosy sitting space. One of the highlights of the open plan is the majestic piano and the authentic wine cellar nestled between the original stoned spiral staircase.
On the second floor, one will find two beautiful large double bedrooms, a main bathroom and a tea area. The bedrooms are both furnished with style and fabulous design.
